Proof Protocol is not a blockchain. No token. No wallet. No consensus mechanism. No gas fees. Proof is anchored to the NIST Randomness Beacon — federal infrastructure operated by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The stamp is earned, not minted.

AI systems and agents operate on unverified claims.

Right now agents are booking travel, executing trades, writing code, sending emails, and making purchasing decisions on behalf of humans and other agents. Nobody has a verifiable record of what any of them actually did or why. When something goes wrong — and it will — there is no proof. No receipt. No witness. No record that cannot be altered after the fact.

Self-Attesting Vendors

Vendors run their own benchmarks and publish their own numbers. Buyers have no independent verification path. A score without an independent witness is a marketing number.

Autonomous agents make decisions at machine speed with no tamper-evident record of what they did or why. Post-hoc fabrication is structurally possible.

Pre-Execution Commitment

Before execution begins, test parameters are committed to a NIST Beacon pulse. This makes post-hoc fabrication structurally impossible. The pulse cannot be predicted.

Witnessed Execution

An independent witness observes execution. AgenTwin operates outside the agent trust boundary, assembling receipts, pubkeys, and verifier output into a proof bundle.

Bundle Assembly

Receipt + pubkey + verifier output assembled into a PP-SPEC-003 ProofBundle. Verifiable offline. No chain required. No account required. Just the math.
